Q: Where are my meals cooked?
A: All meals are cooked/ prepped/ packaged by our professional Chefs at the brand new kitchen of the Kufflink Stadium (home of Ebbsfleet UTD)

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery is free of charge and can be delivered anywhere in the Country.

Q: When do you deliver?

Q: Where do you get your ingredients from?
A: All ingredients are sourced locally from our trusted farm suppliers in Kent.

Q: Can I freeze my meals?
A: You can certainly freeze your meals but we’d recommend to consume within 10 weeks.

Q. Can I request meals based on specifically requested macros.
A: any specific requirements or macro count please contact us feedme@maywhitfitfood.co.uk and we will try to cater for your needs.

Q: Do I have to be in to receive my parcel?
A: You don’t have to be in to receive your parcel but you’ll have to liaise with our Couriers to confirm where you want your parcel left. You can do this by changing your delivery once you’ve received your txt message. You’ll be given 3 options- deliver to a safe place, deliver to neighbour or collect from your local DPD collection depot.

Delivery details (via DPD)

Please be aware that someone has to be in to receive your parcel UNLESS you choose a different option on the DPD app or website.

You will receive a txt message on the morning of your delivery to allocate your 1 hour delivery window.

If for any reason you cannot be in, simply choose another delivery option.

You will have a choice of 3...

Leave in a safe place.
Deliver to a neighbour.
Drop to a DPD shop.

AS ITS FRESH FOOD- IF SOMEBODY IS NOT IN AND DOES NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH DPD.

FOOD WILL NOT BE STORED OVERNIGHT AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF.
